This Privacy Policy applies to RadianiteDB (radianitedb.lol) and RadianiteBot (collectively, the "Service").
Security & Encryption Guarantee: We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Store session credentials and tokens are encrypted end-to-end using industry-standard AES-256-GCM.
1. Information We Process
We process only the minimum information necessary to deliver competitive tracking and store functionality:
- Discord Information: Discord User ID, username, avatar, and notification Channel ID configured via
/settings. - RadianiteDB Account (optional): If you create an account with an email address, we store that email address, the display name you choose, a salted scrypt hash of your password (never the password itself) and the account creation date. Looking up players needs no account.
- Discord Servers (Discord login): the list of your Discord servers and your permissions there, refreshed at each Discord login, to show the server dashboard for the servers you manage.
- Linked Riot Account: the Riot ID you link with
/login, on radianitedb.lol/link or by a server admin, its verified status, and your account settings (card style, wishlist, rank goal, stream overlay address). - Valorant Player Statistics: Riot ID (Name#TAG), match histories, competitive ranks, MMR ratings, and public scoreboards accessible via official endpoints.
- Store Authentication Tokens: If you connect your Riot account for daily store inspection, session tokens are securely encrypted using AES-256-GCM. We never ask for your Riot password: you sign in on Riot's own page.
2. How We Use Information
Your information is used strictly to:
- Provide player statistics, Ranked Rating graphs, 10-player scoreboards, and 4-item daily store displays.
- Send automated match-end telemetry alerts, rank-up notifications, and skin wishlist DM alerts.
- Maintain system security, rate limiting, and prevent abuse.
3. Data Retention & Security
Data is stored in high-security cloud environments with SSL/TLS encryption in transit and AES encryption at rest. Tokens are rotated silently and can be revoked at any time.
4. Your Rights & Instant Data Deletion (/unlink)
You have full control over your data at all times:
- Instant Unlink: Executing
/unlinkon Discord or clicking "Logout" on the web app immediately and permanently wipes your credentials and session tokens from our database. - Email accounts: To delete a RadianiteDB email account and the comments and followed players tied to it, contact us from the email address on the account. There is no self-service deletion button yet.
- Right to Erasure: You may request complete account data deletion by contacting our support team at any time.
5. Third-Party Services
The Service connects with:
- Discord API: For executing slash commands and sending notifications.
- Riot Games API & HenrikDev API: For fetching official public match scoreboards and game assets.
